They also acquire life-changing skills – improved concentration, creativity, and confidence.
This strength and flexibility will help them through their daily activities and is beneficial if they participate in sports. They will play better and avoid injury.
Through basic and challenging yoga poses, partner poses, group poses, yoga games, mindfulness activities, music, and stories, we promote strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach focus, relaxation, and self-control.
The Yoga Mind Li Kids Tweens and Teens Yoga programs also promote inner-strength, confidence, and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and love for oneself, inside and out. Kids, tweens, and teens will learn skills that will last a lifetime.
