Mommies need some “me” time. With a Mommy and Me class, mommies can get in shape while relaxing and connecting with their babies. While treating your body to relaxing stretches and calming breathing techniques, you will be having fun with your baby. You will practice poses to rebuild your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles while learning to soothe the muscles used daily to care for your baby. Mommy and Me Yoga is for new mothers with babies 14 months old to 2.5 years old.
