Hi, I’m Liat Chanoch, founder and owner of Yoga Mind Li Studio and I have an experience of 30 years in the Yoga world, breath work, and meditation.

On the mat, I find comfort, healing, and a space to truly be myself. It’s where I can grow, heal, and expand my life—mentally, physically, and spiritually. This journey led me to commit to yoga as a lifelong path of exploration, mindfulness, and breathwork, and I made it my mission to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

Yoga isn’t just about physical postures—it’s a powerful tool for self-awareness that helps you connect deeply with your mind and body. Through consistent practice, you can unlock wisdom, expand your horizons, and shift your perspective on life.
