Hi, I’m Liat Chanoch, founder and owner of Yoga Mind Li Studio and I have an experience of 30 years in the Yoga world, breath work, and meditation.

On the mat, I find comfort, healing, and a space to truly be myself. It’s where I can grow, heal, and expand my life—mentally, physically, and spiritually. This journey led me to commit to yoga as a lifelong path of exploration, mindfulness, and breathwork, and I made it my mission to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

Yoga isn’t just about physical postures—it’s a powerful tool for self-awareness that helps you connect deeply with your mind and body. Through consistent practice, you can unlock wisdom, expand your horizons, and shift your perspective on life. Yoga will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance, while also teaching you how to release the stress of daily life, leaving you feeling more grounded, centered, and at peace. The yoga experience at my studio is unlike anywhere else. Here, you’ll find a space where you can explore and connect with yourself, a place that fosters personal growth, healing, and balance. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I offer personalized private sessions that are tailored to your specific needs and goals.

I invite you to experience the transformative power of yoga at Yoga Mind Li Studio. Together, we’ll unlock your full potential and create a practice that nourishes your body, mind, and soul. Whether you choose group classes or private sessions, I promise you an experience that will leave you feeling empowered, balanced, and at peace.
