Hi, I’m Liat Chanoch, founder and owner of Yoga Mind Li Studio and I have an experience of 30 years in the Yoga world, breath work, and meditation.
On the mat, I find comfort, healing, and a space to truly be myself. It’s where I can grow, heal, and expand my life—mentally, physically, and spiritually. This journey led me to commit to yoga as a lifelong path of exploration, mindfulness, and breathwork, and I made it my mission to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

Mammy and Baby Yoga will help you stretch, strengthen, and breathe while bonding with your baby and getting to know other new moms. Our classes offer strengthening and restorative movements for mamas and yoga poses done with your baby.
Mamas are encouraged to go at their own pace and rest whenever needed.
Babies will laugh and cry, fuss and fidget. If the baby needs to be fed or changed during class, that's no problem!
Mamas will simply stop and attend to their baby needs at any point and rejoin the practice when they can.
- Moms can attend classes as soon as they are medically cleared for exercise (usually 7 weeks postpartum). Please check with your midwife or doctor before attending class.
Please bring a blanket for your baby. |

We take plenty of time to share and address common challenges we face over the prenatal journey, including nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, and back pain.
It’s time to take care of yourself, your body, and your baby. The physical and mental challenges of everyday life are intensified during pregnancy and can be very overwhelming. Prenatal yoga can be a great way to prepare for childbirth, strengthen your body, and increase your health and well-being.
During the time of your pregnancy, you’ll be looking for ways to relax or stay fit, Prenatal yoga might can help you to prepare for labor and promote your baby’s health and yours.
